Hello, first of all I wanted to comment on this beautiful picture. I have a long crazy story about birds but my question is why am I suddenly seeing so many blue jays. It's December in Maine and they seem to be everywhere in flocks of 2-7 (what I have seen in the past few days).

We believe when my Aunt passed on she turned into a cardinal but since seeing so many blue jays, I think she switched her colors. She loved change. I know people think we're crazy but it keeps us going.

Blue Jays are faithful winter friends in this neck of the woods. They provide a real shot of color at the feeders this time of year!

Hi Sherry! Thank you for stopping by!

Blue Jays are fun to watch. When we set peanuts out, every Blue Jay in the neighborhood stops by.

You have a nice site and I will be stopping by regularly.
